Before You Demand A Refund…

If our product(s) doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re always willing to refund your money back. Despite our products being professionally weaved together to deliver maximum reliability, sometimes there can arise specific technical issues or nuances that our support team isn’t able to troubleshoot. This could be a missing feature, false advertising, incompatibility issues, or a fatal security vulnerability. In such situations, we offer a full money-back refund guarantee within 14 days of the original purchase provided our refund terms and conditions are met.
Following are the terms and policies that are strictly applied in circumstances where a refund from a customer’s side is inquired. If any of the conditions mentioned below doesn’t align with the state of affairs of the purchased product(s), the customer won’t be eligible to demand a refund.
Refund Terms and Conditions
The customer WILL BE eligible to ask for a refund if the following conditions are met:
- The product isn’t as advertised — missing features, different appearance, etc.
- The product has a technical or security issue that our support team isn’t able to resolve.
- The customer has the date and proof of purchase of our product.
- The purchased product isn’t compatible with your configuration. We highly encourage you to read the documentation beforehand for the theme you’re about to purchase to avoid incompatibility issues.
- The refund is demanded within 14 days of original purchase, provided all above clauses are met.
The customer WILL NOT BE entitled to demand a refund under the following circumstances:
- If they simply don’t like the product anymore. Our refund policies disallows refund in cases where the customer changes their mind or opinion about a product. Conscious considerations before purchasing a product is highly encouraged. If you’re unsure about which product is right for you, you can always reach out to us at [email protected] to ask for recommendations. We’ll be more than happy to help.
- If the customer demands for a refund before contacting our support team for help. If the product you purchased has vulnerabilities and/or issues, kindly reach out to our support team by submitting a ticket about the issue. If that doesn’t help, you can and should ask for a refund.
- If any third-party software and/or plugins causes issues in our product. Before reporting about an issue, make sure to uninstall/purge any third-party applications intervening with our product.
- If the customer accidentally bought the product. We’ve implemented layers of steps to avoid accidental purchases.
- If the customer doesn’t provide sufficient evidence or proof of the refund criterias being met.
As discernible from the aforementioned points, you should always reach out to our support team first to get issues related to our product resolved. The refund process is only warranted if our support team is unable to help you fix the problem.
Provided all the refund conditions are met, the refund process includes the following steps:
- Refund Demand: Reach out to us via email or any other contact means demanding for a refund. Make sure to provide sufficient details and proofs regarding the issue that you’re facing about the product(s).
- Product Assessment: After you’ve submitted your refund request, we’ll look through the issues and verify it.
- Money-back: If all of the refund policies are met, we’ll refund you back with the full purchase amount within a few days.
The entire refund cycle can take up to 3-4 business days.
If these policies are being taken advantage of because of the nature of our products, we reserve all the rights to refuse the refund.
